Please be aware of the following Port Authority participant requirements as part of the Transit Tech Lab. Please note these may differ from the other transit agency requirements. If selected by the Port Authority to test a technology solution, your company acknowledges and agrees to the following requirements:

1. During the standard 8-week Proof of Concept (POC) Phase, the Port Authority will select companies to share more information about their product and work to determine if a pilot is viable. Companies will be required to sign a POC Agreement which should be accepted with no legal modifications.

   
   

2. If a company is selected for a pilot test, then the company will sign the Pilot Agreement which should be accepted with no legal modifications.

   
   

3. Each company must have the appropriate insurance as required by the POC and Pilot Agreements.
